Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
As one of the co-founders of Orange Sky in 2014, the kaupapa of Orange Sky is very close to Lucas’ heart. Lucas became the Chief Executive Officer of Orange Sky in 2019.
Lucas was awarded 2016 Young Australian of the Year, in 2020 he became an Order of Australia Medallist and in 2023 received a Churchill Fellowship.
Chief Corporate Services Officer
After starting as a volunteer with Orange Sky in 2016, Emma quickly transitioned into the role of Chief Financial Officer, and played a pivotal part in establishing Orange Sky Aotearoa.
In May 2020, Emma moved back into a purely volunteer role, however, returned in early 2023 as the Chief Corporate Services Officer. Emma holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting). She is also the Company Secretary as part of the Board of Orange Sky New Zealand.
Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer
Tenille began her senior leadership role with Orange Sky as Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer in 2024. She is a skilled Senior Fundraising Manager, with over 18 years of experience working in the for-purpose, health and tourism sectors.
Tenille’s role oversees the marketing, communications, fundraising and engagement activities; that keep our generous community informed and supported.
Chief Operations Officer
In 2021, Shayne joined as a Senior Manager – Innovation, providing strategy, innovation and transformation support to the Orange Sky team. He has since transitioned to Chief Operations Officer In July 2023, where he leads the ongoing management of strategic growth of our services.
Shayne was previously a Senior Manager at Deloitte and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics.
